NRICH Learning charges fees on a full-term basis.
There is one class per week.
Parents are requested to check the term dates and ascertain the number of classes (one class per week) before any new enrollment or for continuation in the subsequent terms. The fee is to be paid for the entire term without the option for pro-rata or partial payments.
A reduced fee is applicable for new students joining a term midway.

Code of practice
By enrolling your child or using the NRICH Learning website, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions set out below.
The term “we,” “us,” “our,” or “NRICH Learning” refers to the owners and operators of NRICH Learning. The term “you” refers to the parent or guardian enrolling a child or using our services.
Intellectual Property
All worksheets, class materials, assessments, and digital resources remain the exclusive property of NRICH Learning and are protected under copyright law.
These materials are provided solely for your child’s educational use. Reproduction, redistribution, or use of any part of this content without written consent from N Rich Learning is strictly prohibited.
Fee Structure & Payment Policy
- Fee Payment: All tuition fees are payable in advance, prior to the start of the term.
- Payment Methods: We accept direct debit, bank transfer, and credit card. EFTPOS payments may incur a small surcharge.
Full-Term Commitment: Fees are charged per term and include all relevant resource costs. There are no pro-rata, partial, or weekly payment options. - Late Fees: Payments made after the due date may attract a late-fee charge.
- Non-Refundable Policy: Once fees are paid and your child’s place confirmed, fees are non-refundable, regardless of withdrawal, change of mind, or attendance.
- Sibling Discount: A 5 % sibling discount is available on the tuition fee for the younger child, provided both siblings are enrolled in the same term and location. A written request must be submitted to apply this discount.
Attendance & Makeup Classes
Each enrolled student is entitled to one session per week as per the term timetable.
In case of absence, a maximum of two makeup lessons per term may be offered, subject to availability.
Makeup classes may not always be conducted by the same teacher and may be held online.
Missed classes cannot be credited, refunded, or transferred to future terms.
Absences and Holidays
If you anticipate a planned absence or extended travel (e.g., overseas holidays), we recommend deferring enrolment until your return.
No credit, refund, or compensation will be provided for missed classes due to holidays or personal reasons.
In cases of unplanned absences due to illness or emergencies, learning resources may be shared upon request at the discretion of management.
There will be no credit adjustment, refund of fee or compensation class if the child does not attend due to any reason mentioned above.
Term Continuity & Enrolment Renewal
Enrolment renewal for the following term is based on timely payment of fees by the due date stated on the invoice.
Failure to pay by the due date may result in the student’s place being reallocated to a wait-listed candidate.
Once a term has commenced and the student has attended at least one class, the full-term fee applies.
Change of Mind & Withdrawal Policy
Enrolment confirmation and payment secure your child’s place for the full term.
If you choose to withdraw or change your mind after confirming the enrolment, no refunds or fee adjustments will be made.
Please consider your commitment before accepting the enrolment offer.
Please make up your mind before accepting the admission offer. There is no refund due to a change of mind.
Student Behaviour & Centre Conduct
Students are expected to maintain respectful behaviour within the learning environment.
Parents accept liability for any material damage or disruption caused by their child.
Repeated misconduct may result in suspension or termination of enrolment without refund.
Learning Resources & Online Access
Access to NRICH Learning’s digital materials or online practice portals is available only to currently enrolled students.
If a student discontinues classes, access to online resources will be withdrawn immediately.
Social Media & Photography Consent
By enrolling, you (the parent or guardian) provide consent for NRICH Learning to capture and use photographs or videos of students for promotional purposes, including website content, brochures, or social media posts.
If you do not wish for your child to be featured, please inform the center in writing prior to the start of the term.
Liability Disclaimer
While NRICH Learning takes every precaution to ensure a safe and supportive learning environment, we are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to belongings occurring on our premises.
Parents/guardians agree to indemnify NRICH Learning and its staff against any claims arising from a student’s participation in classes.
General Terms
All enrolments are subject to the current terms and conditions listed on our website.
These terms may be updated periodically; parents are responsible for reviewing the latest version prior to re-enrolment.
Continued attendance implies acceptance of any revised terms.
