Terms & Conditions

Code of practice

When using NRICH Learning website or reading any documentation produced by NRICH Learning, please note that the term ‘we’ or ‘us’ or ‘NRICH Learning’ refers to the owner of NRICH Learning and the term ‘you’ refers to the person using or visiting the NRICH Learning website.

Intellectual Property

All books, worksheets, courseware provided to your child remains the property of NRICH Learning and is protected by Copyright. No part of the content be allowed to copy, reuse without the written consent of NRICH Learning.

Fees

  • Fees are payable in advance to secure enrolment. All Fees are strictly not refundable.
  • We accept credit card, bank transfers and cash payments.
  • No refunds are issued for mid-term withdrawal.
  • Overdue fees may result in suspension of attendance until resolved.
  • Once a term has commenced and the student has attended at least one class, the full-term fee applies.

  • A stationary fee of $30 per term will be charged for books where applicable.

Attendance

  • Students are expected to attend all scheduled sessions on time.
  • Tutors will record attendance at the beginning of each class.
  • Missed sessions are not refundable.
  • We conduct an exam to evaluate the students progress at the end of each term. The student attendance is mandatory for the exam.
  • In case of absence due to illness, a maximum of one makeup lesson per term may be offered, subject to availability.
  • Makeup classes may not always be conducted by the same teacher and may be held online.

Communications

  • Communication with tutors must occur through NRICH Learning centre head only.
  • Parents will receive updates regarding progress and behaviour when appropriate.
  • Parent interactions with staff must be respectful and professional.

Withdrawl/Discontinuing Notice

Parents agree to provide 2 weeks’ notice prior to the start of a new term if discontinuing enrolment.

If a student chooses to discontinue classes for any reason after enrolment, a $150 administration and registration fee will be charged.

If fees have not been paid and the student discontinues, a $150 administration and registration fee plus the cost of all classes attended will be payable.

Late Fee

A late fee charge may be applied for fees not paid in advance. 

Social Media

You(parent) give consent to NRICH Learning to take photographs and record videos of its students, including that of your child to publish on the website and/or any print/electronic media or social networking websites.

Absence and holidays

  • If you anticipate a planned absence or extended travel (e.g., overseas holidays), we recommend deferring enrolment until your return.

  • No credit, refund, or compensation will be provided for missed classes due to holidays or personal reasons.

  • Missed classes cannot be credited, refunded, or transferred to future terms.

  • Any eligible remaining balance, after applicable deductions, will be issued only as a credit note for future use, not as a cash refund.

  • A class will be considered for adjustment only if prior notice is given. No refunds will be issued. A credit note may be provided, valid for the following term only. Classes missed without prior notice will not be eligible for any credit or adjustment.

Damage and liabilities

You(parent) accept liability of any material damage caused by your child’s behaviour in the centre.

When enrolling your child to any course conducted by NRICH Learning, you(parent) agree to the Terms and Conditions as laid out in the Student Enrolment Agreement and on the website.
